The unique approach we are following during our sales training and consulting sessions in Dubai will definitely make a difference when the trainees get back to their workplace after the training. This is because our approach consists of three steps that were tested and verified to be effective in the field of sales training. Therefore, it moves the trainee to an entirely new level when followed precisely. To know more , here are the three steps.
1. Before The Sales Training
The first step, is the training prerequisites strategy that we follow in our sales training workshops in Dubai. For example, we usually ask the delegates to fill a training questionnaire prior to the workshop, so that we can understand the actual needs of the participants. Equally important, are the visits that we arrange to the client’s office before conducting the training. During these visits, we do one on one meetings with the sales reps to put our hands on the existing deficiencies. Obviously, that allows us to devise a customized and effective workshop afterwards for that client. Consequently, that will lead to a proper and satisfactory change in the sales performance of the client after the training.
2. During The Sales Training
Secondly, we make sure to deliver interactive workshops. For example, we don’t believe in merely giving the participants general information about the theories of closing. Our approach is rather to run a discussion with them to understand the real challenges they are facing in closing. That allows us to give them applicable solutions. Moreover, we ask them to practice the solution during the training through the role play sessions that come with our workshops. In this case, they become more competent with their closing skills.
3. After The Sales Training
The third step we adopt to make our workshops more effective is the post training requirements. in order to reinforce the skills and knowledge introduced during our sales training workshops in Dubai, we perform Pre and post assessments. Definitely, that allows us to measure the effectiveness of the training. Furthermore, we give post training assignments to the attendants. For instance, if we cover the sales process during the workshop, we ask the trainees to reflect that in their real life. That also applies on other skills covered throughout the workshop. Therefore, the trainees regularly see the impact of our sales training reflected as an increase in their sales. For that reason, we call this step the sales road map.
